Barbi King has devoted herself to serving the Phoenix East Valley real estate market since 2001. Being an area native, she has witnessed the ebb and flow of the real estate market, as well as seeing the tremendous growth and development patterns in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. GARRETT CARPENTER
Garrett Carpenter joined King And Associates in 2018 and though he is new to the real estate team, he grew up in this world! Garrett works with buyer’s and has a keen understanding of the East Valley real estate market and is tuned in to his clients needs. He brings a fresh view of technology and relates directly with the needs of first time home buyers. He is receiving his degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University in 2020 and looks forward to guiding clients with successful investing in the areas real estate growth. Garrett loves to be outdoors “up north’ , fishing in the Sea of Cortez or the lakes of Northern Minnesota, and has close ties to his Minnesota roots.
